A Queens man was sentenced to eight years in prison Monday for a vicious attack on an openly gay man outside a deli last year.
Daniel Aleman, 27, told Queens Supreme Court Justice Barry Kron that he was drunk and out of control when he and a pal attacked Jack Price, 50.

Rodriguez, 22, who was an accomplise in this crime has also pleaded guilty to a hate crime and is awaiting sentencing. Justice must be served to these two cool hearted people.
